Sport Betting Rules

General Settlement Principles

Swiss4win governs all bets under the following principles. The outcome of a market is settled when determined by the official source or, where applicable, by the market description on the platform. Bets placed after the publication of an outcome may be void at Swiss4win’s discretion. Player specials are excluded from general settlement rules.

  1. The market outcome is settled once determined by the official source. If a long- or short-term outright is decided by an official announcement, Swiss4win reserves the right to void bets placed after the publication of that announcement.
  2. If a match is not completed and is later decided by the referee or official source, Swiss4win settles bets in accordance with the official result. If the announcement occurs more than 48 hours after the match end and undecided bets have already been treated, settlement will stand as decided or voided in accordance with the existing determination.
  3. If a market is not decided earlier in the game, Swiss4win settles the result once the normal duration of the match has concluded, unless the market description states otherwise. For football events, the 90 minutes inclusive of stoppage time is considered the normal duration unless stated.
  4. Overtime or extra periods are applied only where the market specifies inclusion of overtime. Penalty shootouts or other deciders are not considered unless explicitly stated in the market.
  5. Events not started on time or postponed may remain open and bets remain valid if the start occurs within 48 hours from the official start time. If not resumed within 48 hours, Swiss4win may void all bets on the event and refund stakes.
  6. Events abandoned after start and continued within 48 hours are settled according to the resumed result. If not continued within 48 hours, settled markets reflect the result up to the interruption and undecided bets are voided or refunded as appropriate.
  7. Markets relating to team qualifications or tournament progression (e.g., To Qualify, Method of Victory) are void if the match is postponed or abandoned and not rescheduled within 48 hours. In multi-leg events, only markets in the postponed component are void; outrights remain valid until decided.
  8. In tennis, rules differ: matches remain open until an official winner is declared by the organizing body; the 48-hour rule may be inapplicable. If a player retires or is defaulted, markets determined in the pitch are settled per the official result and remaining undecided markets are voided.

Outrights, Play-or-Pay and Participant Substitutions

  1. Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on listed participants stand even if a listed participant cannot compete, and such bets are settled as losses where applicable. Head-to-head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule and may be voided if a listed participant does not participate.
  2. Should a participant be replaced by another participant from the same team, team-based markets (H2H, classification, etc.) stand, while individual markets relating to the original participant are voided.

Odds, Rounding and Settlement Timelines

  1. Swiss4win displays odds with two decimal digits for electronic presentation. Total odds are calculated with a sixth decimal digit precision, while the total winning amount is truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy is a function of the stated rounding rules and is not the basis for dispute.
  2. A maximum period of 30 days may elapse between the initial settlement of a betslip and any potential re-settlement arising from post-event review or correction.

Event Integrity, Fraud and Administrative Actions

  1. Swiss4win reserves the right to suspend or void bets in the event of suspected fraud, manipulation, or other integrity concerns. This includes keeping specific slips unsettled or reporting to the appropriate regulatory bodies as required by law and regulation.
  2. Swiss4win may void bets or refund stakes in response to irregularities, venue changes, or radical changes in event circumstances, including length of play or pace variations, where such changes affect the outcome or fairness of the market.

System Interruptions, Technical Failures and Human Error

  1. In the event of a technical interruption during bet placement or settlement, Swiss4win applies standard checks (funds availability, price correctness, etc.). Bets accepted during the interruption may be confirmed or rejected upon system restoration. Users should review their betting history to confirm acceptance.
  2. Occurrences of palpable error (obvious mistakes in event wording or odds), public announcements or secret information affecting outcomes, or other material faults may lead to cancellation or voiding of affected bets, with refunds where appropriate.

Venue, Format and Market Scope

  1. Swiss4win reserves the right to cancel all bets if there is a change of venue or any radical alteration to event circumstances such as playing time length, distance in race speed, or number of periods.
  2. Supported match formats for prematch and live bets include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. For matches outside the 50–90 minute duration range, all markets are voided. For 3x30, halftime duration is calculated as total match duration divided by two.

Scorers and Market Examples

  1. First, Last, Anytime Scorer bets apply to regular time unless otherwise specified. Own goals count as no scorer unless stated otherwise. First Goalscorer is void if a player does not participate or enters after the first goal, except for own goals which are ignored. Last Goalscorer is void if the player does not participate. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any participant who plays in the match; if a scorer never takes the field, the bet is void.
  2. In matches that are abandoned after a scorer has occurred, bets on the first scorer remain valid, while bets on the last scorer are void. Where both players and goals affect multiple markets (such as 1X2 with scorer constraints), settlements follow the rule in the market description and regular time results with overtime ignored unless stated otherwise.

  1. Live bets are accepted on course outcomes with real-time odds that may adjust up or down. Bets on players not participating may be void in live betting unless the market explicitly includes them.
  2. Interval markets cover events occurring within defined periods. Time references treat intervals with standard alignment to clock times; goals or events within an interval are counted toward that interval only if they occur within the interval boundaries.

Minimum and Maximum Bets; Express, System and Cashout

  1. The minimum bet is 0.50 USD for all events. The maximum bet per event is set by Swiss4win per event and bet type and may change without notice.
  2. System bets allow combinations of multiple selections. The total stake is the sum of all component bets. Payouts depend on the structure of the System and the number of selections accurately predicting outcomes.
  3. Cashout is available for single and some combo bets where provided. Cashout terms and availability are determined by Swiss4win and may be suspended for technical reasons.

Disputes about bet settlements should be raised promptly. Swiss4win may require supporting evidence and will respond within a reasonable period. Claims about unsettled bets or incorrect settlements must be filed within 30 days from the event end, after which they may be deemed time-barred.
