Withdrawals

  2. Processing and pending status: Withdrawal requests are treated as pending until Swiss4win commences processing with the chosen payment provider. Processing times vary by method and provider.
  3. Timing and receipt: After processing by the provider, funds are transferred according to banking days and the provider’s timelines. In general, funds may take several banking days to reflect in the destination account depending on the method used.
  4. Account verification: Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be paused if additional identity checks are required. Once a withdrawal is approved, funds will be transferred to the nominated account.
  5. Transaction history: You may track withdrawal progress in the Transaction History screen within the Banking section.

Limits and flow

Amounts funded or withdrawn are subject to per-transaction limits, as well as potential daily or monthly caps, which may vary by method and currency. Limits are published in the Banking section for each method and currency and may be adjusted from time to time. Repeatedly attempting transactions outside the stated limits may trigger additional verification checks.

Verification and compliance

Swiss4win may require identity verification before deposits or withdrawals are processed. Acceptable documents may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. If the submitted information cannot be verified or if age cannot be confirmed as required by applicable law, Swiss4win may suspend the account and withhold funds until verification is completed or the matter is resolved. By policy, all players must be at least 18 years old where required by law, and local age restrictions apply.

Security and data integrity
