Overview of the Swiss4win Affiliate Program
The Swiss4win Affiliate Program is the authorized channel for publishers to promote Swiss4win and earn commissions from referred, eligible players. Participation requires acceptance of these Terms and the Affiliate Agreement. The program emphasizes transparent reporting, clear commission calculations, and compliant promotional practices.
Commission Structures
Swiss4win provides three primary compensation models: Revenue Share, CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and Hybrid arrangements. Each model is described below, with rates and eligibility defined in the Affiliate Agreement.
- Revenue Share: A percentage of Net Revenue attributable to referred players, paid monthly. Net Revenue is defined as Gross Revenue generated by referred players minus returns, player bonuses, chargebacks, and any other deductions specified in the Affiliate Agreement. Revenue share is available for the lifetime of active players from a referred cohort, subject to applicable policy terms.
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): A fixed payment for each newly funded player who meets defined eligibility criteria and verification requirements. Rates are geography- and quality-dependent and are set in the Affiliate Agreement. Payments occur after the applicable player is verified and eligible.
- Hybrid: A negotiated combination of Revenue Share and CPA terms, designed to align incentives with performance. The exact structure is set forth in the Affiliate Agreement for each affiliate.
Tracking, Reporting and Attribution
Referred player activity is tracked via unique tracking links issued to affiliates. The attribution window is sixty (60) days from the initial click. Conversions are attributed under a last-click model to the most recent valid interaction with the Swiss4win tracking system. Affiliates have access to a real-time dashboard displaying clicks, leads, eligible deposits, revenue, and earned commissions. Data retention for reporting purposes is twelve (12) months, subject to the terms of the Affiliate Agreement and applicable law. Swiss4win reserves audit rights to verify the integrity of performance data and commissions.
Promotional Materials and Compliance
Affiliates receive access to approved promotional assets, including banners, landing pages, and email templates. Materials are provided with usage guidelines to ensure accurate representation of Swiss4win offers and terms. Affiliates must not modify assets in a manner that misleads players or breaches applicable laws, nor imply guarantees regarding player results. All advertising must comply with applicable consumer protection laws, advertising standards, and anti-money-laundering regulations.
Geographic Reach and Compliance
Marketing activity may be restricted by jurisdiction. Affiliates must promote only to audiences within jurisdictions where Swiss4win is legally available and where promotions are compliant with local law. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to confirm player eligibility, age verification requirements, and licensing constraints. Swiss4win reserves the right to suspend or terminate referrals from any jurisdiction that violates these terms or applicable law.
Payments and Payouts
Payouts are processed on a monthly cycle for the prior month’s activity. The minimum payout threshold is €100 (or equivalent in the selected currency). Accepted payout methods include bank transfer and approved e-wallet options, with currency support defined in the Affiliate Dashboard. Affiliates select their preferred payout method within the dashboard and receive payment within the timeframe defined in the Affiliate Agreement, subject to verification of activity and compliance with all program terms.
Onboarding and Compliance
Registration as an affiliate requires submission of business details, tax information, and any documentation necessary to establish evidence of authorization to promote Swiss4win. An Affiliate Agreement must be executed before any referrals are recognized for commissions. Swiss4win may perform ongoing compliance checks, including verification of traffic sources and promotional practices. Affiliates must comply with anti-fraud provisions and promptly report any suspicious activity.
Traffic Sources and Brand Safety
Only lawful and ethical marketing channels may be used. Acceptable sources include compliant SEO, contextual advertising, and permitted social media campaigns. Prohibited activities include bot traffic, incentivized click-through schemes, and any advertising that targets or impersonates Swiss4win or violates local jurisdictional rules. Affiliates must avoid bidding on Swiss4win trademarks or variations that could create brand confusion and must not promote through channels that could damage the brand’s integrity.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
All data exchanged between Swiss4win and affiliates is treated as confidential. Affiliates must safeguard tracking data, performance reports, and any personally identifiable information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including governing privacy regimes. Data may be used solely for administering the Affiliate Program and improving promotional effectiveness, in compliance with the Affiliate Agreement and privacy policies.
Disputes, Adjustments and Termination
Any disputes regarding attribution, revenue calculations, or payments are resolved through the dispute procedures outlined in the Affiliate Agreement. Swiss4win may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation for breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements. Commissions earned prior to termination may be settled in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement, subject to post-termination audit rights and clawback provisions for invalid activity.
Support and Contact
Affiliates receive support from a dedicated account manager and a compliant support team. For escalations, affiliates may access compliance and finance contacts through the Affiliate Dashboard. Response times are aligned with service level commitments documented in the Affiliate Agreement.
