Introduction

Geolocation, Prohibited Regions and Access

Swiss4win applies geolocation controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and licensing conditions. The use of VPNs or other masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds, and withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be limited or prohibited until the requirements are satisfied. Promotional Abuse and Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is prohibited.

  • Collusion, chip dumping, or any activity designed to exploit promotions may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Fair Play, Game Integrity and RNG

Swiss4win’s games rely on certified RNGs and are subjected to third‑party audits to ensure fairness. Upon request, Players may be provided with official RTP values for specific games. Live dealer and other non‑RNG based games may adhere to separate integrity standards published by Swiss4win.

Dormancy, Inactivity, and Closure

Accounts with 90 consecutive days of inactivity or zero wagering may be deemed dormant. Swiss4win may impose an administrative fee, suspend activity, or close the account in accordance with applicable law. Upon closure, any remaining funds, subject to verification, will be handled in accordance with the prevailing policy and regulatory obligations.

Players shall not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Software without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Swiss4win provides the Site on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiss4win excludes liability for interruptions, errors, or losses arising from technical failures, third‑party services, or regulatory changes. Disputes and Governing Law

Communication, Notices and Updates

Swiss4win may communicate with Players via email or within the Site’s messaging system. Notices issued electronically constitute valid notice. These Terms, including any updates, will be posted on the Site and are effective upon posting. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.

Disclosures and Compliance

Swiss4win complies with applicable AML/CFT regulations and may monitor transactions for suspicious activity. The Operator may report to competent authorities as required by law. Swiss4win may disclose information to payment processors, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies as necessary to protect its legitimate interests and comply with legal obligations.

Suspension, Termination and Refunds

Swiss4win may suspend or terminate a Player’s access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory concerns. Upon termination, remaining eligible funds will be returned in accordance with the platform’s prevailing withdrawal procedures, subject to verification and compliance checks. The Operator reserves the right to withhold funds as necessary to meet regulatory requirements.
